Description: Bierson Corporation was founded by 4 partners who posses an enviable knowledge of membrane pressing technology. Brothers Don, David and Dan Casebier grew up in the wood products industry while working for the family business, one of the first companies to bring a Wemhoner membrane press to the U.S.

Peter Tronquet, former operations manager for Morgan Door in North Carolina, joined the Casebier brothers and the four launched Bierson Corporation in 1998. Bierson is well known by customers and designers to put their many years of experience to work on solving production challenges, often doing things with membrane pressing technology that have never been done before.

We make components for store fixtures & POP displays, hospitality and commercial interiors industries, institutions such as hospitals and schools, office furniture and consumer electronics. Nearly limitless shapes and finishes are possible; types of components include tabletops, desktops, countertops, fixture tops, bases, cubes, doors, shelves, signage, pilasters, pedestals, moldings, fluted casings, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and speaker parts. We also fabricate edgebanded casegoods and kitted RTA components.

Our Heian CNC machining centers with multiple tool changers are considered to be the best in the industry. Our Heian router with an eight inch molder head offers C-axis 360-degree rotation and simultaneous four-axis machining, creating large profile shapes quickly and at a fraction of the up-front tooling costs. Our motorized delivery rack makes changing jobs easy and flexible manufacturing is achieved by making sure that our employees are cross trained on all stages of the process. Our Wemhoner membrane press is customized with “deep draw” capability allowing for components up to 3.75 inches thick. Custom software enables us to provide overnight delivery to customers who require a lean manufacturing process and need high volumes of components shipped on a daily basis.

We also provide precision boring and drilling, eliminating the need for secondary manufacturing.
