Flakeboard NB plant receives FSC certification   Date: 06/01/2010   Location: Markham, Ontario   Flakeboard announces that its St. Stephen, NB, plant is certified by the SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance to FSC Chain-of-Custody and Controlled Wood Standards SW-COC-000444. The company says its St. Stephen mill is now taking FSC-certified orders for Fibrex and particleboard products, VESTA (no added UF resin) and its full array of decorative finishes: thermally fused melamine, rezcote (paint), direct print and décor papers.
