The operating sequence in detail: Once the point of installation is reached at rapid traverse, precision adjustment of the component is made above the travelling gear of the work platform in track direction, whereas the centre platform is shifted only in transverse direction to the track direction to be able to fit the new component precisely and flexible into place, supported by the turning top platform. Height differences are compensated for by two lifting systems. During this process, all safety relevant regulations are adhered to, such as: Transport only being possible when the top lifting platform has completely retracted, turning platform only lowering in its centre position, raising, lowering, travelling only when all railings are in place and the operator is able to concentrate on his work - toe-kicks on the lift table and anti-collision protection at the travelling gear are included in further protection measures. In addition to the high safety standard, the speed of performing the installation work is particularly crucial and effectively supported by a battery power supply.
